Customer storyDunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions
Dunhill recruits for security-cleared federal IT roles, the kind you do not put on camera. Their recruiters make the recruitment videos themselves and post them to a LinkedIn following of more than 150,000.

Organic LinkedIn, no paid promotion behind any of it. Both numbers come from that first week, not a running average.

“The engagement rate is crazy good.”
What they did
Dunhill fills cleared federal IT roles: Secret, Active Secret, TS/SCI. LinkedIn rewards faces and motion, so they went looking for a way to make recruitment video without a shoot.
Their recruiters build the videos themselves on Dunhill's own template, then post them to the company page. Each one goes out three times: from the recruiter, from Dunhill, and from Rob. No media budget behind any of it.
The approach
An AI professional stands in for a real one, in a workplace that resembles the job. Everything else in the video comes from Dunhill: the vacancy details and the branded template RecruitmentAds built for them.
The workflow
Five screens, run by Hannah Hayden and the other Dunhill recruiters across about fifty open roles. Recruitment video with no shoot to book and no agency brief to write.
Paste the URL of a Dunhill vacancy. The page already holds everything the video needs: role, clearance level, location, salary band. No rewrite, no brief.
The recruiter gets several AI professionals for the same role and picks one. Every variant sits inside Dunhill's own branded template, so nothing off-brand ships.
“Everyone agreed it looks fantastic!”
The recruiter picks an accent, then a male or female voice, and the voice-over is generated over the video.
Music comes from a searchable library. Type a mood, audition tracks, lock one in and it is on the timeline.
The export is a 1:1 square, fourteen seconds long. Dunhill posts it on their own company page.

Salary bands and clearance levels are Dunhill's own, taken from the vacancies. Each video closes on a Dunhill end card, so these tiles loop the opening seconds and stay on the video itself.
In their words
I've posted quite a few. I gotta tell you the engagement rate is crazy good — I've got some in the 89% engagement, where the static ad was getting three or less.

The generated images are awesome! I've definitely noticed the improvements, especially when creating home office settings. You also don't have to be nearly as descriptive…

Notes
The professionals in these videos are AI-generated stand-ins, not Dunhill staff, consultants or candidates. Dunhill's own people hold clearances and stay off camera by design.
Both figures here are first-week results from February 2026. They show the format landing quickly at Dunhill. They are not a sustained average or a benchmark to plan against.
Nothing was paid. These went out as ordinary posts on Dunhill's own company page, with no promotion behind them.
Who else this fits
Dunhill started in February 2026 and were still making videos six months later. Paste one of your own vacancies to see what your template would produce, or book fifteen minutes on a live role.
