Our take

The work is research first and consultancy shaped. Meta ran a culture study with more than 500 participants before any EVP was written. Currys interviewed shop floor, warehouse and call centre staff and then published the numbers, which almost nobody in this category does. The output is strategy, messaging frameworks, brand identity and activation planning. It is not a campaign shop. There is no careers site build, no recruitment advertising, no media buying and no video service published anywhere on the site.
