Our take
Early careers is the spine of the record. The awards page runs from 2017 to 2025 and graduate, student and campus categories appear in almost every year, for ICAEW, Vodafone, Deloitte, KPMG and Capgemini. The KPMG case study is the clearest example of what they actually do well: a physical campus event with a follow up social series, not a poster campaign. The Alshaya work shows the same method applied to volume retail hiring abroad. The caution is that the site is thin on process.
