The pricing page states the model plainly, a fixed monthly subscription with no commission per hire, which removes the incentive to push a placement through. And the Asana case study publishes numbers a buyer can argue with, 49 hires in six months and a 37 day average time to hire, rather than adjectives. The client list is almost entirely venture backed technology, so the sourcing muscle is built for engineers, product and go to market roles. Two cautions. Depth varies sharply across the case studies, several carrying only a quote. And LinkedIn gives San Francisco as the headquarters while the contracting company and the first listed office are in London.
